1960s 1970s Vintage Brown & Yellow Embroidered Kaftan - Sm to Md
For those Woodstock hippie vibes - a lovely brown kaftan with gorgeous embroidery in yellow, green, white and silver thread. The skill and time it must have taken to do such embroidery… is just astounding! The piece is a pull over, but it does have front toggles as well os ones on the side slits. There is only a faint tag on the back of the neck that I think reads 42, but I am not sure. Given the style and make it is likely from the 60s or 70s. Feels like heavy cotton. It would likely best fit a modern small, maybe a medium as it is not meant to be figure hugging. For reference model is modern women’s size 4/6.
