1960s Vintage Pink Floral Flocked Velvet Sheer Scarf
A great accessory for spring and summer! I believe it to be dated to the 60s. This piece is perfect to wear in your hair, around your neck, or even adorning your bag! The edges are scolloped and are flocked - they are not hand or machine rolled because of the flocking. Fabric is super sheer, possibly a nylon. There is no tag. Good vintage condition - Some minor overall wear. There is a spot that is ever so slightly yellow - it is almost impossible to see unless you hold the piece up onto a white background, and even then its very difficult spot. It would not show up in photographs at all. The piece has some slight fraying at the edges, but the flocking prevents more from happening as it acts like glue in a way. The weave of the fabric is VERY loose and as such there are a few small pulls to the piece, but not technically holes. One spot where the flocking pattern is at a slight diagonal from when it was applied in manufacture - this is also not a straight edge. See last image.
