1960s Vintage Stacy Ames Summer Pink Woven Textured Shift Dress -Md
This lovely 60s pink shift style dress would make a great spring and summer staple - an easy piece to transition from work to an evening out, just with a few changes in your accessories! The piece zips up the back with a metal zipper. The label is for “Stacy Ames one of the four sister” - a really interesting brand and fun to collect all “sisters names”. Would likely best fit a modern Medium. BUT please see measurements below as this is meant to be a somewhat loose shift style fit. For reference model is modern size 4/6. Lining only present around the neck and arm holes so you may want to wear a slip.

Measurements:
Bust: 38 inches
Waist: 32 inches
Hips: 39 inches / 40 tight
Length: 39 inches
Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to the dress. There is some discoloration to the piece- most obvious at the underarms and around the collar, especially of the inner lining found there. There are also wear spots/ pulls on this inner fabric as well. The texture of the outer fabric may have a bit more pills in places, though since it is meant to be textured it’s not very obvious. Inner seam allotments show some wear, as expected.
All measurements are approximate as they are taken flat - for garments specifically this means where applicable (bust, waist, hips) has been doubled unless stated otherwise. If you are uncertain about fit and/or need more measurements please ask! If it is provided in the listing, models and/or dress form sizes are used as a point of reference only. Please remember that all bodies are different so always defer to the measurements I provide and check them against your own, preferably on a similar style garment. If you need more information about my measurements and vintage sizing please refer to my FAQs section under my Shop Policies page and ask me, I am here to help!!
