1970s Vintage Sheer Coral Pink Sleeve Top Blouse with Ruffles & Bishop Balloon Sleeves - Md
A lovely pale coral pink top in a sheer chiffon-like material (uncertain of fiber content though). This sleep or lounge top features pleated ruffles along the collar and wrists. It wraps at the waist and secures with a hook closure as well as the tie belt. Wrists are elasticized. There are no labels or size tags, though based on material, style, and context it was found in, it likely dates to the 70s! It would likely best fits a modern size Medium, possibly a Small depending on how blousy you want it. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference. The dress form with a metal cap at neck is a 0, the dress form with a flat wooden cap at neck is a medium. Shown on dress forms to demonstrate what it looks like without additional undergarments. Also the dress form photos show the deeper “V” , which is more like how it is meant to lay - model just had to cover her tank top for photos.

Bust: about 40 inches (though they are like dolman sleeves and the deep v and wrap style does allow for some flexibility.
Waist: about 30 inches, though you could move the hook closures I am sure.
Length: about 24 inches at the longest point)
Sleeve Length: 23 inches (though there is no seam to measure from for exact sleeve length)
Good vintage condition- The piece has some overall wear. Most notable is a cluster of small marks on the right sleeve, though there are a few faint small marks other places as well. There are also a few areas of small pulls and loose threads that do not seem to impact wearability at all. The inner seam allotments show some wear, as is expected with this sort of fabric. Likes to wrinkle a tad so hang it up on a padded hanger as soon as you receive it. Given fabric it is delicate, so it needs to be stored with care.
I do apologies I do not have more images of the garment on the size medium dress form. The dress form is somewhat broken at the moment and I am using it sparingly until its repaired. However, If you need more reference images of it on the medium dress form, please do not hesitate to reach out!
