This adorable 90s blouse has the built in tie for you! The cute pale yellow color with the eyelet design is so dainty and perfect for those summertime outings! Buttons and ties in the front. Feels like Cotton. Tag says “Speed Limit” and notes it as a vintage Large. Best fits size Medium to Large, depending on how bloused you like it. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference and it seemed to fit ok when tied.

Good vintage condition- Overall wear to piece. There are some loose thread here and there. Please refer to pictures. There is an ever so slight discoloration on the front that was undistinguishable until I had it under my bright studio lights and even then its super hard to tell (please see last photo).
