This gorgeous black velvet cocktail dress features a cowl-like neckline (though I know its hard to see in the model photos) has a gorgeous reverse collar in the back. Label is for Gale Mitchell. The dress closure is a zipper up the back. Would likely best fit a size small. Model is a modern 4/6 for reference. Dress form is a modern XS.

Good vintage condition - Some overall wear. There is some spots where there is minor crushing and areas where the velvet moves in a different direction. Some loose threads that do not seem to impact wear.
