1960s Vintage Peachtree Place Burnt Red, Green and Brown Fall Paisley Maxi Dress - Md to Lg
A lovely vintage late 60s Maxi Dress for those fun Fall gatherings. The dress has a burnt red bodice with a lovely paisley-like patterned skirt in warm brown tones as well as oranges and greens. The belt is a great olive green too and while it works with the dress, I do not think it is original to the dress given the different label on the back. Fabric feels like a heavy cotton. Dress is lined and zips up the back. Label for dress is for “Peachtree Place Tulsa”. Would likely best fit a modern Medium, possibly a Large. For reference model is modern women’s size 4/6.

Measurements :
Bust: 40 inches
Waist: 31 inches
Hips : 41 inches
Length: 56 inches
Good vintage condition - Overall wear to garment. Some spots on dress, especially on inner lining. There are a few loose threads to the piece, especially on the inside but none seem to impact wear. Some wear to the belt. The dress has some flaws with its manufacturing process. The fabric looks to have been painted, so as the “nubs” of the heavy cotton have shifted over time what is left is a blank spot in the print. I have demonstrated this with close ups - it is all over the dress, but gives an overall nice textured look to the piece. Hem can peek out the front sometime.
All measurements are approximate as they are taken flat - for garments specifically this means where applicable (bust, waist, hips) has been doubled unless stated otherwise. If you are uncertain about fit and/or need more measurements please ask! If it is provided in the listing, models and/or dress form sizes are used as a point of reference only. Please remember that all bodies are different so always defer to the measurements I provide and check them against your own, preferably on a similar style garment. If you need more information about my measurements and vintage sizing please refer to my FAQs section under my Shop Policies page and ask me, I am here to help!!
