1970s 1980s Vintage Act I Emerald Green Velvet Dress with Puffed Sleeves & Belt - Xs to Sm
This incredible Emerald green velvet dress has the most elegant puff sleeves - very 70s does 30s. The detailing of the bodice and the asymmetrical rhinestone button detail is so pretty. The original velvet belt adds a lovely touch. Label is Act I. Zips up the back. Would best fit an Extra Small or possibly a Small. Model is modern size 4/6 and dress form is size XS.

Bust: 33 inches, 34 when pulled taught but definitely felt tight on model who is 34B
Waist : 25 inches
Hips: 40 inches

Sleeve Length: 10 inches
Good Vintage Condition - Some overall wear to the piece and belt. There is one small spot where the velvet is rubbed the wrong way on the chest. Otherwise there are a few other areas of crushing to the velvet - the worst is at the back of the waist. At least at the waist, this is covered when belt is worn. Some small spots on the velvet too. A small worn and restitched spot to the lining at the back of the collar. Some wear to the inside the garment, especially at the underarms. Very minor wear to one shoulder seam.
