1970s Vintage Creamy Off-White Blazer or Jacket with Brown Swiss-Dot Trim - Sm to Md
A great vintage wardrobe staple - easy to layer on chilly days and appropriate for many seasons. The slightly off-white jacket has intentional brown speck throughout that play off really well with the brown Swiss-dot patterned collar and sleeve trim. The piece buttons up the front with wooden buttons and can be tied at the waist. The Swiss-dot collar acts somewhat like a cravat and hooks together in front. There is no label, but there is a union tag. Label says vintage size 13. It would likely best fit a modern day Small to Medium. Fabric feels like a nice double knit poly (or possibly other synthetic) and has some give. It is meant to be a blazer or jacket so keep your under-layers in mind when determining fit. Model is modern size 4/6 and dress form is a modern medium for reference.

Measurements :
Bust: 36 inches
Waist: 31 inches
Bottom Hem: 38 inches
Torso Length: 24 inches
Sleeve Length: 23 inches
Good vintage condition - Overall wear to the piece. There is some pilling to the fabric. Buttons on sleeve do not match buttons on front - though they look similar enough from afar. Some marks on item, especially on the interior of the garment (fortunately the worst of it shows only on the inside!!). On the back of the jacket, there are two panels of fabric that are similar to the rest, but ever so slightly different in color - these panels have more give as well. This is intentional and how the garment was made, but I though the color difference should be mentioned.
All measurements are approximate as they are taken flat - for garments specifically this means where applicable (bust, waist, hips) has been doubled unless stated otherwise. If you are uncertain about fit and/or need more measurements please ask! If it is provided in the listing, models and/or dress form sizes are used as a point of reference only. Please remember that all bodies are different so always defer to the measurements I provide and check them against your own, preferably on a similar style garment. If you need more information about my measurements and vintage sizing please refer to my FAQs section under my Shop Policies page and ask me, I am here to help!!
