1960s Vintage Black Brocade Beaded top with Matching Dress - Sm to Md
This lovely 1960s black brocade evening gown set is a stunner with its delicate botanical pattern and incredible hand beaded and black rhinestone trim. The dress even has a quick pleat in the back with the same beadwork. The top could easily be worn on its own, but the dress too could look really chic with a fun bra-let or something underneath. Both the top and the dress zip up the back with metal zippers. There are no maker tags, only a lot tag. Best fits Small to Medium. Model is modern size 4/6 and the top is a bit large in the chest.

Good vintage condition - Some overall wear. Amazingly all the beadwork seams to be in tact. I could not find evidence of anything missing. There is some very minor wear to the fabric noted on the inside of the top (see photo). The shear portion of the dress has number of tiny pin holes and wear as well. Minor pulling noted at the seams of the shoulders and the bead work at the hips. Very faint underarm markings - so faint, these would not photograph.
