1940s Vintage Brown Velvet Party Dress - Md
A lovely velvet dress, in a unique dark brown color. The piece is super elegant and simple, making it perfect for holiday get togethers as ell as date nights. Zips at the side with metal zipper and buttons up the back slightly. There are tiny shoulder pads in the piece as well. There is no size or maker tag, but Taylon zipper dates to WWII Era, so the 40s. Would likely best fit a modern Medium, especially given its basically a pull over and the fabric is delicate. For reference model is modern women’s size 4/6.

Good vintage condition - Some overall wear to piece. There are a few loose threads here and there that do not seem to impact wear. Wear inside garment at extra seam allotments. There are some areas of minor crushing to the velvet. There is also a repair made to one seem at the arms - you can tell by the flocking on the inside.
