1960s Vintage Lilli Ann Brown Mohair Swing Coat with Fur Collar - One Size
For the collector- Another gorgeous Lilli Ann coat hits the shop! You can never go wrong with those harder to find, classic swing coats! Coat snaps down the front and has hook closures for the collar. The label is for “Lilli Ann”. The fabric feels like a mohair wool. The lining is a lovely copper-brown satin. There are no size tag but given that it is a swing coat, it is relatively open in size. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference.

Hips: relatively open given swing coat style
Sleeve Length: about 16 inches - there is no shoulder seam to measure from
Length: 41 inches
Good Vintage Condition- There is some overall wear to the coat but overall it presents beautifully! There are numerous wear spots to the piece, mostly around the seams, the edges of sleeves, at the edges of the pockets and at the back / undersides of the collar and then some areas of wear spots as well as some small holes scattered around throughout coat. There is some slight discoloration and very minor spots in places. Some of the fur on the collar moves in a different direction and is slightly worn at the edges. There are some spots/discoloration on the inner lining that would not come out with dry cleaning. Some wear to the inner lining as well. One of the insides of a pocket has been reconstructed partially in a different fabric. Some wear to the “Tisse a Paris” tag. Some of the mohair doesn’t always go in the same direction. Sometimes the lining shows peaking out the back a bit.
