1980s Vintage Umba for Parnes Feinstein Black & White Drop Waist and Puff Sleeve Dress- Sm to Md
A lovely quintessential 80s silhouette! This black dress features a button front with tie belt and a drop waist. I am particularly fond of the funky puff sleeves in black and white. You can wear them pushed up the arm or straight down (as shown in pictures). Fabric feels like a cotton or possibly a cotton-poly blend and has a fun sort of waffle texture (see up close). Label is Umba for Parnes Feinstein. Would likely best fits size Medium, or possibly a Small. Model is modern size 4/6 for reference.

Good Vintage Condition- Some overall wear to piece. There are a few faint marks to the dress and belt. A few loose threads here and there that do not seem to impact wearability. The elastic of the sleeves feels like it's in good shape. A small pull found in the fabric as well.
