RARE 1960s 1970s Vintage Sears Sheer Pink and Yellow Floral Caftan with Under-slip - Sm to Lg
This absolutely stunning late 60s or early 70s vintage caftan is probably one of the coolest pieces I have found to date! I know these sheer chiffon-like pieces are hard to come by, and for good reason! They are a vintage lovers staple lounge wear - if you find one, you should never let it go! This one features lovely little ruffle trim around the neck and sleeves. The colors of the floral print are yellow, purple, pink , and green! The piece is a pull over. you can choose to fasten at the neck with hook closures. Label is “At home wear” for Sears. Sheer overlay fabric is poly, lining is acetate. Tag says vintage size large though it does seem somewhat accommodating in size given the style and that it is meant to be loose and flowing. As such it could likely accommodate a modern Small to Large, though PLEASE see measurements!! Model is modern size 4/6 for reference.

Good vintage condition- The piece has some overall wear. There are a few small snags and teeny pinholes to the sheer overlay. The lining shows some wear and discoloration as well. One shoulder area of the lining has some issues with how the seam was finished (see photos). Some loose threads. Exterior fabric likes to wrinkle slightly so hang it up as soon as you receive it.
